Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Undergraduates and graduates are eligible.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and customer service aptitude required.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Candidates willing to join immediately will be preferred.
Location Preference
Candidates from PAN India can apply.
