Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: International Chat Support (Non-Voice)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC per month
Interview Mode: Virtual / Online Interview
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7 Environment)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat and email support.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to international customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Meet productivity and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
Strong typing, comprehension, and customer service skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to join immediately will be an added advantage.
