Key Responsibilities:
. Greet and interact with visitors to provide a warm and welcoming experience.
2. Address customer queries related to games, activities, and facilities promptly and
professionally.
3. Assist visitors in understanding and participating in games and activities.
4. Promote and cross-sell games, packages, and other offerings to maximize customer
engagement.
5. Ensure customer safety by monitoring trampoline park activities and enforcing safety
guidelines.
6. Provide information about rules, safety instructions, and game mechanics to visitors.
7. Handle minor troubleshooting for games and escalate technical issues as needed.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers.
9. Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve service delivery
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to engage with people of all ages.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols in activity zones is an advantage.
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Flexible shift.
