Job Summary
We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process in a reputed BPO environment. The role involves handling international customers over calls, ensuring query resolution, maintaining service quality standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international voice calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation Mandatory (Any Discipline).
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (BPO) – Mandatory.
Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Listening) – Mandatory.
Strong articulation, neutral accent, and professional call handling skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
No absconding history. Proper documentation required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Budget: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance).
5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs).
Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts, if applicable).
Two-Way Cab Facility Provided.
