The Customer Service Officer will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding servicing of Musical Instruments. Receive, log, and track service requests. Coordinate with technicians for accurate updates and provide same to customers. Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution and high satisfaction. Maintain service records, job cards, and customer records.
