Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and/or chat.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
