We are Hiring "Customer Support Executives" to work for Outbound & Inbound Voice Calling Processes in International Process in domains like Telecommunication, Technical Support for Companies in Tri-city (Mohali & Chandigarh).

It is a technical customer support troubleshooting process, where you have to provide the resolutions related to the telecommunication products LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, Modem & Router, Home security system etc. to the clients based in the USA.
Providing resolutions to the customer as per the protocols. It is a Full-time position of Analyst ( Permanent Role in the company).

It is an International process, NO domestic clients & processes. It is a good opportunity for freshers/experienced to enhance your career with this Multinational Company based in Tricity.
You have to work ANY 5 DAYS a week, covering Saturday & Sunday. If you are working on Saturday & Sunday, then any two other 2 offs will be provided to you in the week.
The working window is a 9 hour shift including 1 hour of break. (Your shifts can start any time after/ between 5 PM to 1 AM).

Transportation - Cab facility is being provided to both Male & Female in night shifts covering Chandigarh & Mohali
