Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Salary:
As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.
Work Schedule:
6 days working (Rotational Shifts / Day Shift depending on company policy).
