What You'll Do
• Handle inbound customer interactions for international clients
• Assist customers with billing and account-related queries
• Explain billing cycles, due dates, taxes, service charges, Auto-Pay, and related information
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 12 months of International Inbound Voice experience
• HSC (10+2) or Undergraduate candidates are eligible
• Experience in billing-related customer support is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment with a 5-day work week
• Maximum age: 40 years
