Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions across multiple languages. The role involves assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through calls and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.

• Provide product/service information to customers.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets (TAT, quality, CSAT, etc.).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

• Prior experience in customer service / BPO / telecalling preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
