Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in international customer support and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails for US-based clients.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT).

• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members when required.

• Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

• Work closely with the quality and training teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a US-based customer care or BPO process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

• Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational weekends.

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
