Team Management:
Supervise and support recovery agents.
Allocate accounts and track individual/team performance.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Recovery Strategy Implementation:
Develop strategies based on account aging (early delinquency, hard bucket, write-offs).
Coordinate field visits, legal actions, or settlements as necessary.
Collaborate with legal, audit, and compliance departments.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.
Prepare and submit MIS reports to management.
Analyze trends, delinquencies, and identify high-risk cases.
Customer Interaction Oversight:
Ensure customer interactions are professional and compliant.
Handle escalated calls or disputes.
Encourage negotiation and settlements where feasible.
Compliance & Audit Readiness:
Ensure all collections are done as per banking regulations and RBI guidelines (in India, for example).
Maintain proper documentation for each recovery case
