Position Title: Collection Executive

Department: Debt Recovery / Collections

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (High School)

Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 (Based on experience)

Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Performance-based)

Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented Collection Executive to recover outstanding debts. You will contact customers, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely collections while maintaining professional compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Contact: Call or visit defaulting customers to remind them of overdue payments.

Debt Negotiation: Create realistic, company-approved payment plans with debtors.

Record Keeping: Update database systems daily with payment status and customer remarks.

Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly collection targets to maximize personal incentives.

Issue Escalation: Report untraceable customers or critical disputes to the supervisor immediately.

Legal Compliance: Follow ethical collection practices and regulatory guidelines during all interactions.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Minimum 10th standard pass certificate.

Language: Fluency in the local language; basic English understanding is a plus.

Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stress-management abilities.

Traits: High patience, persistence, and basic mathematical calculation skills.
