Job Description

Credfin / Cash Bridge Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our Collections Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer follow-ups, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone regarding overdue payments.

• Follow up on pending accounts and ensure timely recovery.

• Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.

• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

• Freshers as well as Experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in Collections, Telecalling, Customer Service, Banking, Finance, or BPO will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.
