Skills and Qualifications
1-8 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles, preferably in banking, insurance, or fintech.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in using chat support software with 35+ WPM typing speed.
Basic understanding of banking, insurance, and financial products and services.
Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
