Drive customer acquisition through structured sales activities.
Promote and sell banking products including CASA, Fixed Deposits, Term Deposits, Insurance, and other third-party products.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Handle direct sales and cross-selling of liability and wealth management products.
Support other business units to enhance overall branch performance.
Process customer service requests efficiently and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate authorities when required.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and portfolio deepening
