Position: Sales / Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries
• Explain course details, fees, and admission process
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads
• Maintain student records and update CRM
• Assist with basic administrative and front-desk support
• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
Skills Required:
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle daily targets (if applicable)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Who Can Apply:
• Candidates with minimum 6 months experience in Sales or Customer Service
