Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth business functioning. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to achieve company goals, improve efficiency, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

• Supervise team members and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Monitor inventory levels, budgets, and operational efficiency.

• Address customer concerns and ensure high-quality service standards.

• Prepare reports and present insights for management review.

• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with procedures.

• Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
