· Responsible for finishing and garnishing cakes.
· Support daily operations and workflow of the bakery section.
· Work as per menu specifications and guidance provided by the Senior Chef.
· Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area at all times.
· Prepare the daily mise-en-place for the bakery section.
· Ensure high standards and consistent quality in daily preparations; stay updated with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
· Coordinate with other sections regarding requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
