Cake Maker

Position: Ice Cake Baker

Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled and creative Ice Cake Baker to prepare, assemble, decorate, and maintain high-quality ice cream cakes and frozen desserts. The ideal candidate should have experience in cake preparation, decorating techniques, food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cake bases according to standard recipes.

• Assemble ice cream cakes with specified flavors, layers, and fillings.

• Decorate ice cream cakes using icing, whipped cream, chocolate, edible toppings, and customized designs.

• Prepare cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special customer orders.

• Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all products.

• Maintain proper storage of cakes and ingredients in freezers and refrigerators.

• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients, toppings, and packaging materials.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Operate and clean baking and decorating equipment.

• Assist in developing new ice cream cake designs and seasonal products.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding custom cake orders and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in cake baking, pastry production, or ice cream cake preparation.

• Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and frozen dessert handling.

• Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and creativity in cake presentation.

• Good time management and ability to meet production deadlines.

• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Salary: Rs.30,000 to Rs.36,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
