1. Beverage Preparation
Prepare coffee and other beverages as per standard recipes
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
2. Food Assembly
Assemble ready-to-eat / semi-prepared food items (sandwiches, wraps, etc.)
Ensure hygiene, portion control, and presentation standards
Manage basic heating/toasting equipment if required
3. Customer Experience
Take orders and handle basic billing (if required)
Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner
Upsell add-ons and combo options
4. Hygiene & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Ensure proper storage of ingredients
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista or in QSR/café (preferred)
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
Ability to handle food safely and hygienically
Good communication and customer handling skills
Willingness to work in shifts
