Job Summary:
The F&B GSA is a blend of a Barista role and is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages (primarily coffee-based drinks), maintaining hygiene and service standards, and delivering a great customer experience. The role includes interacting with customers, managing orders, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes
Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders, and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment
Restock and replenish supplies, ingredients, and display items as required
Educate and serve customers about menu items, recommend offerings, and upsell where appropriate
Follow all food safety and quality control guidelines
Support store operations including cashiering, cleaning, and assisting team members as needed
Report equipment issues or inventory shortages to the Manager
Key Skills & Requirements:
12th pass or higher
Prior F&B experience preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages (training will be provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Good grooming and personal hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Work Environment:
On-floor, standing for long hours
Fast-paced, customer-facing retail/F&B environment
Use of hot and cold equipment, grinders, steamers, etc.
