Position: Pizza Artist & Continental Commi 2 Chef

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Artist / Continental Commi 2 Chef who can prepare high-quality pizzas and continental dishes while maintaining hygiene, food quality, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and continental dishes.

Ensure proper preparation of dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients.

Maintain food presentation and taste standards.

Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Manage kitchen mise-en-place and stock preparation.

Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.

Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.

Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pizza or continental kitchen.

Knowledge of pizza making, baking techniques, and continental cuisine.

Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Dough stretching and pizza baking skills
