Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and skilled Dough Artist & Continental Commi 1 Chef who specializes in pizza dough preparation and continental cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, consistency, kitchen hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage pizza dough, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes.
Ensure consistency in dough texture, quality, and portioning.
Prepare continental dishes such as pasta, grills, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, and appetizers.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and kitchen standards.
Handle mise-en-place and daily kitchen preparation efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen management.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pizza dough handling and continental kitchen.
Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and baking techniques.
Experience in fast-paced restaurant or cloud kitchen operations.
Ability to manage kitchen sections independently.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible for rotational shifts and weekends.
