Role Overview

As our Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing our full food menu with consistency and quality, while also being open to experimenting with and developing new items. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, isn't boxed into one cuisine, and is genuinely excited to try new things on the menu.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes

• Manage kitchen prep, and organization for smooth service

• Follow SOPs and standards while contributing ideas for new dishes or menu additions

• Actively participate in testing and refining new recipes/items as the menu evolves.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in line with regulations

• Manage ingredient stock, minimize wastage, and coordinate with suppliers as needed

• Train and guide junior kitchen staff as the team grows

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field

• Prior hands-on experience in a professional kitchen (multi-cuisine experience preferred)

• Comfortable cooking across different cuisines — not limited to one specialty

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

• Good hygiene practices and understanding of food safety standards

• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay. • 15,000/month

• Growth Path: Opportunities for pay increments based on performance, and potential to grow into a Senior Chef / Kitchen Lead role as the menu and team expand, with greater ownership over recipe development and kitchen operations
