
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning. 
• Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes as per standard recipes. 
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food prep areas.
• Interest in cooking and food preparation. 
• Shift Timings: 7 AM to 4 PM , 11 AM to 8 PM , 8 PM to 5 AM, 9 AM to 6 PM (Rotational)
 • Weekly Off: 6 per month 
• Food Benefit: Meals provided during duty hours
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Hotel Management background preferred 
• Communication: Good English communication skills required
