Job Purpose:

To provide professional beauty and skincare services to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining salon standards of hygiene, service, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, bleaching, and clean-up treatments.

• Perform hair-related services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments (if trained).

• Offer manicure, pedicure, and nail care services with proper hygiene and care.

• Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on client needs.

• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, equipment, and salon area.

• Keep records of services provided and products used or sold.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Handle client bookings, schedule management, and follow-ups professionally.

• Assist in achieving salon sales targets through service quality and product upselling.

• Manage inventory of beauty products and report shortages to the manager.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Certificate in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field from a recognized institute.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a beautician in a salon or spa.

• Knowledge of skin types, hair types, and beauty products.

• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build good client relationships and retain customers.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
