Job Title: Co-ordinator

Academic Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Location: Andheri

JOB PROFILE:

1.Should be based out from Mumbai western suburbs.

2. Should be from service industry.

3.Candidate should be good communication in English, Hindi, local language (Marathi)

4. Should have sufficient knowledge of handling end customer, dealers, engineers.

5. Daily: Allocating calls to engineers, collecting updates from engineer, updating in vendor systems, complete end to end field call creation TO call closures.

JOB SKILLS:

1. Candidate should be good in mail communication, excel, VLOOKUP up.

2. Weekly: Collecting call reports, cash collection of spares sold, travel vouchers claim from Engineers and submitting to accounts for processing.

3. Focus: Need to pitch for out of warranty call to dealers and end customers from the Database we have.

4. Complete ownership of the role of coordinator and to match the company expectations.
