We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to serve as the backbone of our real estate legal consultancy firm. This role combines back-office administration, legal document support, client management, and office operations to ensure seamless daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage back-office and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and general work to maintain a smooth-running workspace.
Prepare key legal documents (e.g., agreements, affidavits, summaries, and reports) for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Schedule client meetings, coordinate calendars, book venues/conference calls, and send reminders to minimise conflicts and maximise productivity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, addressing queries, and providing personalised updates on case progress.
Monitor ongoing matters, deliver regular client updates via email, calls, or portals, and flag issues for escalation to legal team members.
