Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Role: Supports social workers, managers, or teams within NGOs, charities, or welfare departments.
Tasks: Scheduling, data entry, report writing, phone handling, event planning, managing records, office admin.
Skills Needed: MS Office, organization, communication, data management, attention to detail, often relevant Level 3/diploma.
Scheduling & Logistics: Managing calendars, booking appointments/travel.
Support: Assisting with activities, social events, or household tasks.
Administration: Handling calls, emails, filing, data entry, reports.
Gatekeeping: Managing access and priorities for the person/team they support.
