Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Supervise and monitor daily facility operations to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Manage maintenance schedules, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility services.
Vendor & Staff Coordination:
Coordinate with third-party service providers and ensure they adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of support staff like janitors, security personnel, and technicians.
Client Interaction:
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding operational issues.
Address and resolve client complaints or service disruptions promptly.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure facilities comply with statutory regulations (fire safety, labor laws, etc.).
Conduct regular audits and safety drills to ensure adherence to protocols.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain logs and records of operations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on facility performance.
Budget & Inventory Management:
Monitor usage of supplies and manage procurement to maintain stock levels.
Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives.
