Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations:

  • Supervise and monitor daily facility operations to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

  • Manage maintenance schedules, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility services.

• Vendor & Staff Coordination:

  • Coordinate with third-party service providers and ensure they adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of support staff like janitors, security personnel, and technicians.

• Client Interaction:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding operational issues.

  • Address and resolve client complaints or service disruptions promptly.

• Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure facilities comply with statutory regulations (fire safety, labor laws, etc.).

  • Conduct regular audits and safety drills to ensure adherence to protocols.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain logs and records of operations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on facility performance.

• Budget & Inventory Management:

  • Monitor usage of supplies and manage procurement to maintain stock levels.

Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives.
