Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites & Ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements.& Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff
• Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and discipline.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labour regulations
Support in client meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.& Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Assist in cost control, material management, and budgeting.& Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement.
