Job Description
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Responsible for budgeting, staff recruitment, training, and maintaining service quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Build and maintain partnerships with yoga centers, naturopathy institutes, and corporate wellness organizations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional programs.
- Prepare and manage budgeting and occupancy reports.
- Ability to deliver professional services while maintaining a calm, wellness-oriented approach.
