Operation Manager

We’re hiring: Growth Operations Manager
Location: Remote (Field work required occasionally – Bangalore)

At Projkeez Group Pvt Ltd | MyClickBook, we’re building a SaaS platform that simplifies booking experiences for both users and vendors. From discovering nearby salons to quick booking and managing walk-ins, we are solving real-world problems with simple, scalable solutions.

We are looking for 3 passionate individuals to join us as Growth Operations Managers and help us scale from the ground up.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving vendor and user onboarding, ensuring smooth operations, managing relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the platform. This role requires strong ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vendor and user onboarding

• Ensure smooth operational execution

• Handle vendor engagement and issue resolution

• Track performance and improve adoption

• Coordinate across teams to ensure growth and efficiency

Requirements

• Must be based in Bangalore and have strong local understanding

• Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)

• MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred

• Any degree with relevant marketing/operations experience is also acceptable

• Freshers with strong interest in operations and growth can apply

Compensation & Growth

• ESOP: 0.5% (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)

• Salary will be discussed based on role and contribution

• This is an early-stage startup opportunity where you grow with the company

About ESOP:
You will own a small percentage of the company. As the company grows and reaches profitability, this equity can turn into significant financial value. This role is ideal for those who want to build long-term impact rather than just work a job.

• Field work may be required for certain weeks based on onboarding and operations needs
