Key Responsibilities

·         Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment process

·         Handle documentation, visa processing, medicals, and travel coordination

·         Coordinate with overseas clients and authorities

·         Lead operations team and implement SOPs

·         Track deployments and prepare MIS reports

Key Skills

·         Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills

·         Process-driven, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused approach

·         Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS/CRM systems, and MIS reporting

Qualifications & Experience

·         Graduate / MBA (HR / Operations preferred)

·         6-8 years of managerial or leadership experience
