Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving operational efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on process optimization, performance management, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end operational activities across departments or business units

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and resource utilization

• Manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and execution

• Handle escalation of operational issues and implement corrective actions

• Drive automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives

• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and quality control

Qualifications

• HSC +

 Preferred Experience

• Above 2 Years’ experience in operations management

• Experience leading teams

• Exposure to ERP systems, operational dashboards, and reporting tools

• Background in change management and transformation projects
