Operations Manager – Advertising, Printing & Signage

Mule Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager with strong experience in the Advertising, Branding, Printing, Signage and Fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project operations from order confirmation to final delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across Sales Coordination, Design, Purchase, Printing, Fabrication, Production, QC, Dispatch and Installation.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
• Coordinate between customers, sales team, designers, production team, vendors, installers and management.
• Prepare and monitor job cards, production plans, material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement of ACP, acrylic, MS materials, LED, vinyl, flex, printing media, hardware and other materials.
• Track project progress and immediately resolve production, material, manpower and site-related issues.
• Maintain quality standards and conduct proper QC before dispatch and installation.
• Manage installation teams, transportation and site execution.
• Monitor manpower productivity, machine utilization and operational efficiency.
• Maintain daily MIS reports covering orders, production, pending jobs, dispatch, installation and delays.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination with Accounts for billing and payment follow-up.
• Develop SOPs and improve operational processes to reduce wastage, delays and errors.

Requirements:

3–7 years of relevant Operations/Production experience in an Advertising, Printing, Signage, Branding or Fabrication company. Strong knowledge of printing, signage manufacturing, fabrication, project management and installation is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, planning, problem-solving and team-management skills required.
