Operation Manager

Location : Baramati & Pune

Experience : 10 – 12 Years

Qualification : Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manpower operations for office and multiple client sites.

• Handle new site manpower deployment, setup, and onboarding.

• Ensure smooth execution of facility management services including:

  • Accommodation

  • Transportation

  • Canteen

  • Uniform & Shoes

• Maintain and manage a large manpower database.

• Ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements across all active sites.

• Supervise and coordinate with Supervisors, Field Officers, Site HR, and Operations Team.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure service quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

• Handle industrial relations, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.

• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for on-site teams.

• Coordinate with clients for feedback, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure all operations are completed within timelines and budgets.

• Lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Manpower Sourcing & Recruitment

• Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment.

• Hands-on knowledge of manpower sourcing tools and methods:

  • Headhunting

  • Agents / Vendors

  • Direct Contacts & References

• Build and maintain a reliable vendor and candidate network.

• Candidate Should have experience staffing industry (BVG Group, BSA Group, Team Lease, Sumit Group, Aadi Raj Group, MP Group, Tirumala Group, BSA Group.)

Preferred Skills

• Strong team management and leadership skills

• Experience in staffing / outsourcing industry

• Good knowledge of HR & IR practices

• Ability to handle multi-site operations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Willingness to travel as per business needs

• Must have working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.

• Candidate must be ready to relocate to Baramati Location.
