Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, advisors, and backend teams.
Handle client inquiries professionally through calls, meetings, and digital communication.
Assist in explaining financial and insurance products in a confident and client-friendly manner.
Build long-term relationships with high-value and retail clients.
Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, renewals, onboarding, and client servicing.
Support business growth through relationship management and communication excellence.
Maintain professional records, reports, and operational processes.
Assist management in organizing client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in insurance, banking, finance, wealth management, or customer relationship management preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with professional etiquette and confidence.
Good voice quality and telecalling ability.
Ability to handle clients with patience, maturity, and professionalism.
Knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, or investment advisory will be an added advantage.
Smart, organized, and capable of multitasking under professional work environments.
Basic computer knowledge, CRM handling, email drafting, and MS Office proficiency required.
