Job Title: Operational Manager – Civil Department

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Operational Manager – Civil Department who can efficiently manage site execution, team coordination, and overall project operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with leadership skills to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete site execution for interior and civil projects

• Supervise and manage multiple sites simultaneously

• Coordinate with design team, vendors, contractors, and clients

• Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards

• Monitor daily site progress and resolve on-site issues effectively

• Manage and lead site teams and labor workforce

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols

• Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews

• Support management in planning, execution strategies, and operational improvements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Civil

• Experience: 6–7 years in civil/interior project execution

• Must have hands-on experience in:

  • Site handling & execution

  • Team management

  • Project coordination

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good knowledge of civil drawings, materials, and execution processes
