Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to provide administrative and personal support to Managing Director The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.

• Manage Offshore MSP Team

• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

• Maintain and organize confidential files and records.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless event execution.

• Always maintain discretion and confidentiality.

• Act as the first point of contact for the executive, both internally and externally.

• Liaise with different departments, vendors, and clients on behalf of the executive.

• Ensure smooth daily operations by handling office supplies, expenses, and administrative tasks.

• Assist in project coordination and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

• Professional demeanour with strong problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours if required.
