1. Operations & Process Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily business operations

• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and SOPs

• Monitor workflow to ensure smooth and timely service delivery

• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas in operations

2. Team Management

• Manage, guide, and motivate operations staff, supervisors, and field teams

• Allocate duties and set performance expectations

• Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance improvement plans

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of teams

3. Vendor & Resource Management

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners

• Ensure vendor compliance with contracts and service standards

• Optimize manpower, materials, and operational resources

• Control operational costs and reduce wastage

4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding operational issues

• Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction

• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges

• Prepare and share operational reports with management

5. Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory norms

• Maintain documentation, audits, and quality standards

• Implement safety, security, and risk-control measures

• Ensure zero tolerance for policy violations

6. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Track KPIs, productivity, and operational performance

• Share insights and improvement recommendations with leadership

7. Strategic Support

• Support management in business expansion and new projects

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning

• Implement new tools, systems, or technologies

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of operations, compliance, and process improvement

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and reporting tools

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
