We are looking for a Operation Executive/Cordinator to join our team at BNH360 Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify staffing requirements from the principal employer and provide appropriate personnel based on the demand.

• Collaborate with team leads (TLs) and supervisors to ensure adequate staffing levels.

• Track and monitor staff performance and availability for optimal deployment.

• Track daily attendance and ensure accuracy in reporting.

• Mark attendance and provide replacements for absent staff proactively.

• Prepare and send daily attendance reports to the MIS team and Operations Manager.

• Act as a liaison between the principal employer and internal teams to address operational needs.

• Reconcile monthly attendance and reports with the principal employer's team leads.

• Train staff on operational standards and expectations.

• Anticipate potential challenges in operations and implement preventive measures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
