We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and manage insurance enrolment operations under the company segment. This role involves coordination with internal teams, call centres, and field centres to ensure smooth execution of enrolment and service processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end enrolment operations
Manage walk-in cases and event-based enrolments
Support parent interactions and PTA meetings from an operational standpoint
Handle operational coordination for corporate and institutional tie-ups
Maintain and update lead and enrolment data form data
Prepare and maintain accurate MIS and documentation
Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure process compliance and timely execution
🔹 Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good client handling abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Customer-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and grow
