Job Title: Operations Executive – Tours & Travel

Location: Laxmi Nagar
Experience: 1–3 Years (Tour & Travel Industry Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end tour operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling bookings, ensuring smooth execution of tours, and providing excellent support to clients before, during, and after travel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day tour operations including hotel bookings, transport, flights, and sightseeing
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, and local vendors
Prepare and share tour itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
Handle group tours and customized packages
Monitor tour execution and resolve operational issues in real time
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and confirmations
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of confirmed bookings
Handle client queries and provide operational support pre & post travel
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the tour

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Experience in tour operations or travel company
Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and booking systems
Good command over English & Hindi

Experience in group tours (domestic/international)
