Operation Executive

Job Role Overview

The Operation Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate between clients, creative team, and marketing team, and ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

• Handle daily operational tasks of the advertising agency

• Ensure smooth workflow between departments

• Maintain task schedules and follow-ups

2. Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients regarding campaign requirements

• Share updates, timelines, and deliverables

• Resolve client queries and operational issues

3. Campaign Execution Support

• Assist in planning and execution of ad campaigns

• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time

4. Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors (printing, media, freelancers, etc.)

• Track work progress and delivery status

• Maintain vendor records and payments follow-ups

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily / weekly work reports

• Maintain client data, invoices, and project files

• Track campaign performance and operational status

6. Quality & Timeline Control

• Ensure quality standards are met

• Monitor deadlines and reduce delays

• Escalate issues to management when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Basic knowledge of advertising / digital marketing

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets

• Strong coordination & multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in advertising or digital marketing agency

• Client handling experience

• Basic understanding of social media & ads
