Job Description –

Required Work Experience 1-3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities  Booking appointments and coordinating

with diagnostic centers and tele-doctors

via email and calls

 Handling escalations and ensuring timely

resolution of issues

 Managing operational workflows to

ensure smooth and efficient processes

Expected Educational Qualification  HSC or above
