Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (As per interview and experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Executive / OTA Executive to manage online distribution channels, optimize room revenue, and ensure rate competitiveness across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), managing inventory, and implementing pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update hotel inventory, rates, and availability across all OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda).
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure optimal rate positioning.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies in coordination with the revenue manager.
Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
Handle OTA extranet updates, promotions, and campaign participation.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
Coordinate with the reservations and front office teams for seamless booking management.
Respond to OTA queries, guest reviews, and partner communications professionally.
Optimize listings with updated content, images, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversions.
Identify new revenue opportunities and distribution channels.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or OTA handling.
Strong knowledge of OTA extranets and channel managers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Prefered Qualificaion : Graduation/BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA
