• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to transportation and billing.

• Handle end-to-end transport billing process – validation, reconciliation, and invoicing.

• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams for data verification and issue resolution.

• Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in transport MIS.

• Analyze transport costs and prepare cost-effective billing reports.

• Assist in audits by providing necessary transport-related documents and reports.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in transport operations and MIS processes.Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of transportation operations and billing procedures.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under tight timelines.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.

• Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Transport MIS and Billing roles.

• Prior experience in a corporate transport environment is a plus.
