MIS एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, develop, and streamline Management Information Systems (MIS) across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for the project team

• Collate and analyze data from various departments to identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.

• Develop dashboards and automate reporting processes using Excel and Google Sheets

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry, consolidation, and presentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and validate required information.

• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management for business planning and review meetings.

• Assist in process improvement by identifying data gaps or inefficiencies in reporting systems.

• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Macros, etc.)

• Knowledge of Google Sheets Automation will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of data management, reporting, and analytics concepts.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or any related field.

• Advanced Excel or Data Analytics certification preferred.

Experience Required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an MIS, data reporting, or analytics role.

• Experience in the electrical or engineering industries will be an added advantage.

CTC Range:

₹2.00 LPA to ₹3.00 LPA (Negotiable as per experience)]
